That thing looks great! What sauce did you use on it?
I smoked it for 4.5 hours at around 225. An hour per pound. Mopped it with an apple juice and Sweet Baby Ray's syrup mixture i made. Thanks for the good words.

What was you internal temp(s) when you finished?
And, Did you brine the bird first?
No brine. Internal temp was 170-175.
