I just want to thank everyone for sharing there knowledge! So i was inspired to make some bacon, wanted to for a while but finnaly after reading tons on here I figured whats the worse that can happen? So last week i got 6 lbs of pork belly's and made up a mixture of LEM cure, Maple sugar, fresh ground pepper. This is them after washing and drying. Put pepper on the one to make some pepper bacon. Got them on the smoker put some cheese on after a few hours to just smoke them w/ apple wood. Here's my temp More to come!
