    6# Pork Butt- Marinaded in Stubb's Pork Marinade over night then injected the rest that was in the zip bag. Smoking at 225* with 2 temp probes, going for 205*[​IMG]

    How did it come out?  Did you pull it?  Any Qview?  Moved this from 'Grilling' pork to 'pork', a/c smoking it, not grilling it.
