16 hrs and counting

  1. I started 2 butts at 9:30 this morning...now at 1:30 My temps are at 183 degrees. I hope tomorrows dinner is worth the wait.

    You are putting in the time right now, tomorrows compliments will be your paybacks !!! Do you have any pics of the butts smokng?

    Sorry for the pic request, didn't want you to open the door and loose heat..... By the looks of things you should hit your desired temp somewhere close to 2:30am EST (your time).

    Then, you should be able to towel wrap and put into a cooler to let rest and then pull for dinner.
