Hi,
Does anyone have any leads on 14 mm or (preferentially even smaller) collagen casing (Slim Jim size)? We have the equipment to stuff them, just need the casings. Any leads MUCH appreciated. Seems to be the holy grail of casings. Slim Jim must get them from somewhere!
