    Nice meal and very different from how we make Sheppard's pie. Ours is made in three layers. Bottom layer Is the meat.     We have a Hamilton Beach processor and a Black and Decker mini-pro. The mini-pro gets used 3x as much. I can control the shred much better with the mini than the full size unit. Chris

    We're smack dab in the center totality. All the Northern cities and towns are gouging the hell out of folks. It could be an interesting ride home from work tomorrow. VT. has a population of 650,000 and they're expecting 200,000+ flatlanders to make the trek. Chris
