Trying to find a picture I've seen.
I'm pretty sure it was here, but I remember seeing a picture of cheeseburgers cooked inside an oven directly on the rack. The result of this was a cheesy mess dripping from the rack. I explained this to someone and went to show it and wouldn't you know, I couldn't find it. If you've seen this...- jd08

Gimme your best suggestion
I've got a tequila and lime marinated turkey breast that came in a two pack. The problem is that the first one we tried was terrible. The tequila flavor was way too strong. So, any suggestions to make this one more palatable? My first instinct is to soak it in a brine solution for a few hours. -
Noob from FL
I started with an ECB about 20 yrs ago that I hardly ever used. Picked up a BGE several years ago and never looked back. What used to be a lot of work turned into a fun way to spend a weekend.
