    Are you guys modifying the try upgrade kit at all before installing it?  I saw people drill holes in the side of the original tray unit so I want to see if that's suggested on the new one before I install it.  Suggestions?

    I ordered that same butterball fryer this year.  Going to fry a 13 lb turkey and then smoke a large turkey breast.  Looking forward to trying out the fryer.  It looks to be far easier and safer then the propane ones I have used over the years.

    Buy the membership if you are buying the smoker.  It pays for itself right there.  Plus, they have a pretty good meat department.  I use their baby back ribs quite a bit.

    Will do.  I am going to season it tomorrow.  I just read the manual and it looks pretty simple to put together so I will knock it out in the am and then set it up to season.  Ribs this weekend for sure.  :)
