    Need help with Elec Charbroil

    Just bought a Charbroil H2O electric smoker. I tried to use it several times and can't get the temp above 200 and the meat above 140. Using hickory wood and the controller turned all the way up. Have called Charbroil twice and they have not helped. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Got a Charbroil H2O electric smoker and have not gotten good results. The temperature never gets above 200 and the meat never gets above 140. I end up having to but the meat in the oven for several hours to get to a safe temp. Called Charbroil several times and they have been no help. Anyone...
