The same thing happened to me last weekend. I also had some bad weather. I wrapped in foil and put in the oven at 250 for an hour and then an hour in the cooler...fantastic.....hang in there...
I put 2 8lb pork butts and a 8lb brisket in the smoker about 4 hours ago and am getting some bad weather that is going to go all night. Should I wrap them in foil when I take them out and put them in the oven to finish cooking ?
O.K. folks...My 1st try at brisket and pork butt. I put them on at 5am (est)..Butts are 8lbs and brisket is 8lbs..Everything is stuck at 160 degrees and dinner is at 6:30..Temp in smoker is at 228..Any suggestions ?
At 5am I put 2-8lb pork butts and a 9lb brisket in with some apple wood, my first on both...All have reached 151 and still rolling...pics to come later...
Hey ya'll, silly question from a newbie....my local store only has corned beef brisket.....Is this the type everybody else is smoking ? It does not look like all the que views I am seeing.....

O.K. folks, I'm smokin country style ribs...some are not as thick as others. Been in the smoker for about 4 hours. Some are at about 175 and some at about 160...do I take some out or let them all ride ???
