    Time for BB ribs in fridge

    How long can you keep rubbed BB ribs in the fridge before smoking? I put the rub on Fri pm to smoke on Sat but the picnic got postponed till Sun evening. Can I wait till Sunday to smoke or should I smoke on Sat and reheat on Sun? Thanks, Cleanerman
