    I just ran out and want to buy a box to brine, smoke, slice and vacuum  pack I live in Lecanto Florida and am shocked at the prices I have been quoted  for a  box.     I need help finding information please

    I have a 1 hp cabellas meat grinder. I want to get a 25 pound capacity tilting meat mixer but cabellas only has a non tilting meat mixer that does about 40 to 50 pound batches. Lem makes a beautifull tilting 25 pound model but it does not say if i can drive the lem mixer with my cabellas...
