    Well I was given another Free ECB today it's a Sportsman version, it's in decent shape and the Grates look Brand new they have benn wrapped in foil all the life it, I like this model because the lid goes over the outside, So off to do the mods..

    Water pan or Not??

    I picked up a ECB the other day and after talking to Richtee he mentioned that he doesn't use his water pan.. I could see this as a benefit as allowing the smoke to go straight up rather around the outside of the water pan... Do others also not use the water pan ??
