I need some help with getting the firebox ready for smoking. Do I keep the chimney open or closed? Do I leave the vent open or closed? Do I close the firebox lid while the coals are preparing? What temp does it need to be on before I put the brisket on the grill? How long do I cook it? I have a Brinkman grill with a side smoker box. Thank you
