    Slicing a Pork Butt

    I did my first butt yesterday. I had originally planned on pulling it but it started to get late so sliced it was. The family and I loved it. Only thing wrong was I forgot to take some pics for the Qview.

    temp differences within ECB electric

    I-N-I even though they lost. I just got a ECB for Christmas and fired it up for the first time today. Just a seasoning smoke. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
