    Doing my first butt Sunday... what rub?

    I'm doing one today on a Bandera. Rub: 1 cup brown sugar, 2 T pepper, 2 T salt, 2 T Paprika, 1 T chili powder, 1 T Lemon pepper, 1T cumin, 1T garlic powder. If it is too spicey add more brown sugar, if you want it hotter add more chili or a little cayenne. FYI: I take the butt (I prefer...
