    Im not sure how many of you out there are familiar with the restaurant Zea's,but I really love their Ty ribs. Does anyone that knows what Im talkin about have a recipe like this or close to it? thanks

    sorry for not getting back, been busy eatin all that pork.lol   The butt came out beautiful and tasty. I ended up having to pull it out of the smoker before it hit the 200 mark,cause it was gonna take too long,and I had to go get a few hours of sleep before work. I think it would have been done...
