Well I decided to use some KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki that I had on hand for yesterday's grilling. I added some Worchester sauce, Chinese 5 spice and lot's of chopped garlic. Marinated it for about 24 hours and it came out good.
will try the mojo on the next batch!

I bought one of those big pork tenderloins at sams club and want to cut it up into 4 loins to smoke. I am looking for some good marinades to do overnight so any help would be appreciated.

I forgot to put the Garlic cloves in the mixture this time. I did 2 Tenderloins one with Mustard and one without. I only had to cut up one of them though as my cousins from Tennessee don't eat pork (I thought everyone from that side of the states eat BBQ!) so they brought a rotissiere chicken...

I agree you wont have any problems doing the GOSM Big Block gasser. Also its better to get the big block for doing ribs. You can just lay them down and fit them in whole so that extra 4 inches makes a difference.
