Right off the smoker.
Cut up. Sliced easy and did not fall apart.
Threw on some potatoes as well.
Honestly best ribs I have ever made. Tender, did not fall off but had a little pull.
I ate way too many. I will look to replicate this smoke!
It has been awhile since I have posted. Doing some ribs today on the Weber.
I am smoking with apple and lump charcoal.
Prepped ribs, coated in vegetable oil and applied rub.
Plan on 2-2-1. Will wrap with butter and brown sugar.
