    Pizza huh? I could see how that'd be good. Did the bread dry out or get to moist? I've debated attempting to smoke a loaf of bread. =o) Was it a frozen pizza or did you order it?

    The title pretty much says it all! Besides the normal-ish smoked items, what have you all smoked or grilled? Anything outside the norm ... like bread .... coffee beans? I'm all ears for ideas ..... and being newer to smoking, things that sound crazy to me may be a common smoke I was unaware of...

    To brine or not to brine?

    Maybe you should have added a 'sometimes' selection in there. I don't always brine, just depends on how much extra time I have. I marked 'yup' though. =o)

    That's jacked up!! The worst part is it's prob the same person/people that took the smoker as well. That'd eat at me, the thought of someone using my smoker and wood that they stole.

    Shoot! I meant to take a picture of my finished smoke. Well, it turned out pretty good! I'm going to use mesquite next time though. The hickory and lime didn't go over 100% with me but that was my opinion, everyone else loved it though. I'll have'ta start posting pics when i'm finished!!
