    I am a powderman... as in blasting powder. I load explosives in rock and blow it up so pipe laying crews can come in and lay storm, water, and sewer pipes behind me... IT IS A FUN JOB... I also own my own graphics design and sign business... all of this to support my smoking habbits...

    I have done this and it is amazing. I have used Jalapenos, pablanos, anahiems, and roasted green chilli peppers. All have turned out fabulous... For a different mix use ginger, thyme and fresh minced garlic. Be generous w/ the garlic.. You will be amazed...

    My First Brisket

    Looks great!!! I did a brisket last night myself... I used clydes brisket marinade. Usually not much on marinading my brisket but since I've tried this stuff I love it marinade then use it to mop every 1.5-2hrs. That is some good lookin meat you got there...

    I love the pablano pepper... It has an amazing taste with alittle temp. ABT's with pablanos and anahiems are a nice change from the norm. Congrats on the job well done
