Hello everyone, I NEED HELP ! I just bought a Brinkmann Smoker and I wann to strat to smoke Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Butt, Brisket and Beef Roasts. I anever did this before but I always wanted to. Going out to eat cost too much and never tastes that goos. I need help woth recipes with Dry Rubs for all the meats I mentioned, mainly my Ribs and prok roasts. I loves spice but not real hot heat and like and bit of sweetness to it. I also ned to learn how to make a good BBQ sauce. Iheard that Memphis has the best BBQ ? I neever been ther so I dont know. I anyone out there would be so kind to email me at [email protected] recipes my family and I would be so great to you ! I you also have tips and tricks on how to make smoke work better please let me know. I have a cheap on $59 from home depote hold up to 50lb of meat, cant wat to start. I did buy one rub and it was full of salt and very hot pepper no one would eat ...lol PLEASE HELP.
