Bachin it so I spent a bit and picked up a nice steak from whole foods to cook on the Mini-wsm. Kingsford Blue, cherry wood. Simple rub of salt and pepper on the steak and the taters. For the taters I used Mr T's Crispy baked potato recipe. Corn was put on the smoker 15 minutes prior to the steak. The steak was smoked and then seared direct on the grill. Love the mini for that ability!

Look at that beauty!!!

Seasoned right before going into the Mini-wsm

Veggie oil, sea salt, pepper. I did 6 taters. I mixed 3 at a time in a gallon Ziplock bag.

Ready for the 450* oven

Into the fire!

Taters are ready. I made 6 taters. One for dinner the others for some twice bakers and taters skins!

Pulled the pot ready for the sear on the hot coals

YUMMMMM!!!!

Enjoy!!!

Delish!  And what a lucky and gorgeous puppy you have there!

I am sooo going to have to try those Taters too!

I wouldn't mind doing a mini sometime...it is nice having that versatility.   Now i can lift up my basket for the sear....sooo nice to be able to do that.
We do a ton of camping so the mini is going to be great for that. I have two drums and when I get to those builds I will be doing something similar with the baskets for those.
