Injectable marinade recipes

I am roasting a whole hog this weekend in my cajun microwave and looking for a flavorfull injectable marinade to shoot it up with. I normally get them preinjected, but wanted to do it myself this time. I would like it to have a cajun flair. Any ideas would be appreciated. The hog will be between 50lb-60lb

Welcome to SMF, I've had real good feedback from folks when I've used Tony Chachere's injection marinades. I just picked some up this past weekend at the Lishman's Market in Slidell over the weekend for a stuffed loin I did.

Wickers is one of my favorites. I buy it by the gallon.They turn 50 this year. Their are some good copy cat recipes out their. Kat if you like that try the rendevzous Recipe I have posted the mop is close.

We have been doing whole hogs for I e 20 years and newmans Italian dressing has been our go to injections
