Hi Jeremy!

Congrats on the new Lang!!!!

So, how did it cook?  Were you able to control the temps well?

I gotta be honest...I want more q-view!  I'm greedy that way.

Kathryn I have wanted one of these for the last 5 years and finally everything came together and with me getting ready to retire from the Navy, I am trying to get something started around here for a small catering business.

Yeah sorry that is all the qview that I have.  Had hungry people at the house and they wanted to eat.  had 2 leg quarters left over and about 8 ribs that were dinner last night.  Thinking about throwing 2 butts on on Saturday.  If I do then there will be more qview.

Bill it did cook really well and I was able to maintain a steady 225 throughout the whole cook.
