Today's smoke

Well it was a great day to smoke today here in the north country. It was sunny and around 40F out. Did a smoked turkey and a chicken cordon bleu fatty here is a few pics. The turkey is resting and the fatty is on the smoker

Turkey half way throw the trip

Pull turkey at 168F in the Brest and ready for a nice rest

The fatty going on and will have pics when that's done later

Ok thats gravey. I thought you where trying to pull a fast one, it looks like raw chicken on my laptop! Blow it up a bit and looks like a great meal. Thanks for the Qview.

I was with AL & JJ on this one and thought you threw in some raw chicken myself. Now I did stick with it and came up with the gravy after a few hard looks.
