2011 Looking Back

Just a small amount of sausage in 2011. Takes long to transfer all the pics to a slide show. This one is about 1/4 of what i did in 2011. Most was don while still in North East, PA

Wow! That's like watching the history channel... "The History of Sausage Making"

Awesome!

My favorite is the stick on your kitchen counter that is like 20 feet long, and the footballs are really cool too.

What is the liquid in the jars with the sausage and onions? Pickling spice?

Nothing short of breath taking, isn't it? Lots of "really gettin' after it" sausage makers 'round these parts, but nepas is simply "over the top". One might get the impression that he just likes makin' the stuff. However, if memory serves me correctly, I seem to recall actually seeing him eating something else, once. LOL One thing is for sure. You'd sure be hard pressed to find someone with more friends than he has!!

Thanks for the great slideshow Rick! That had to take a fair amount of time to put together. Ya made me hungry, that's for sure.

Now that you mention it, I do believe I recall seeing several handfuls of those wonderful little suckers being shelled and consumed by yours truely. As a matter of fact, I'm munching on a few of the Seemore's myself, at the moment. Addictive ain't they?

You know he is having another one. Think its around the same time as last years.
