Just got a new garlic powder from my supplier and decided to do Asian hot wings for supper.

OK i got the massage  (sorry message)

Here it gos

1 1/2 cup of water

1 1/2  tbsp of soy

1 1/2 tbsp teriyaki

1 tabs sweet soy

1 tabs oyster sauce

1 tsp fish sauce

1 tabs garlic powder

1 tabs hot pepper(or more more more)

1 tabs smoke paprika

 2 tabs brown sugar

1 tabs corn syrup

juice of 1 lemon

over lo heat till thicken the sauce drips from the spoon and not runny

drop the wings in to the thick sauce and Bone appetite

I would have never thought of putting fish sauce in a glaze for wings,  very interesting,  I'll have to give this one a try.

Just one question, does someone have to give you a massage everytime you come up with a recipe?  Got to love spell check.
