I have the CharGriller Pro fired up, and waiting for temp to stabilize. My Butt is rub down and ready.

10AM Butt temp 164, sprayed AJ & BS no pic, open/spray/shut

10:45 BUTT TEMP 165, sprayed, wraped and back in the smoker.

Poke test PASS, I didn't look just wraped it up and put it to bed. 7.6#s 12 hours in the smoker.

After 3 hours resting, the bone didn't pull out, it fell out.
