Well, I got the BOGO on the large chicken breast at work. Gonna do them a couple of different ways, you'll see below. I'm just about to throw them on so it'll be a couple of hours before the eatin' begins. I'll post finished product around 6:30-7:00.

As you can see, bone is in, so got some work to do.

Inside the CB. I am so sorry. I took three pics at different footage and still couldn't get my @#$%^@#$% camera to

focus on the most important shot. If you can make it out, I think I could have went deeper and stuffed more ham and

cheese in it.

Over all, very tender and juicy. The roaches and sponge bobs were excellent (Sqwib, I am going to take the idea and

put all kinds of s@#t in those) they are to die for.

The sweet rub breast was good as well. The truffle one is reserved for my wife...who intends to eat it momentarily after

she finishes grading her students papers.

Thanks all for looking, I'm really sorry about the money shot on the cordon Bleu, but I couldn't wait any longer and ate it.

James

Thanks Venture, it was a lot of work but you know...I love this new found hobby and it was so

much fun. I've been cooking for quite sometime, just not on a smoker. Once I tasted my own flavors

off the smoker and tried so many recipes given here, I am hooked.

I get a charge out of the reaction of my friends and coworkers when they eat my food, it just can't

be beat.

I wish there were more time in the day to do this...James

Couldn't post before when I first saw this. It all looks great James. Squibs chicken bites were awesome weren't they? Just like you my brain is going nuts with the possiblities of the things you could put in the center of those chicken bites. They go as fast as Moinks or ABT's. In fact the next time my buddies and I get together to watch football thats what were having, chicken bites, moinks, abt's and plenty of adult beverages.

I like "plenty of adult beverages". heh heh.  Thanks Shooter1. I bet they are a great party food to have. Moinks intrigue me. I think that'll

be the next project for party food I'll do. This weekend is gonna be a fattie, brisky, ABT's (with Meateaters smokie and chive suggestion and a few others of mine) and a portabello mushroom gig I'm trying to perfect for the competition at the South Florida Gathering in November.

Cheers...James
