starting to warm up here but the bacon must be made!
you have seen my stuff before so nuthin' new......i did go back to raw sugar instead of brown.
into the smoker with maple in the large one and hickory in the small one.....i will do 2 rounds lit at both ends.
surface temp @ 10 a.m...............but it's a dry heat........what ever............
temp inside the smoker............ but it's a smokey heat.........now dat's what i'm talkin' 'bout!
all done after 10 hrs.........
