I marinated some chops with my PHS rub for 4 hrs.

Smoked on my char-broil offset @ 225º with RO lump and pecan

Ready to be consumed, It would have been perfect with some yeast rolls but i was lazy and didn't make them.

Matter of fact i picked 60 yesterday and have atleast 100 more to pick today.

Man that is a great looking plate of food.  Love the maters too . I am going to have a bunch soon and i will be sun drying them .

Nice & round & clean looking!

Our plants are only about 2' high so far, but they're healthy, so I guess they'll get there.

We put them in earlier than usual too.
