Been a while since I fired up the "Ol'Doughnut Box" and had too much to fit on the drum.

4 chuck roasts rubbed with CBP, Kosher Salt, Rosemary,Thyme, Garlic and Onion Powder.

Heres the chuckies after 4 hours of 230ish fantastic smelling cherry smoke

Now they are in the crock pot for another 5-6 hours to make them shreddable yummyness for sammies for this week!

Now those look great and you say that they are for sammies for this week?? I could hardly make it to lunch if I had one of them sammies awaiting for me. I also think you might have to start hiding your lunch box once your fellow work mates see what you have to eat too.

thanks guys!  I'll be off 2 days this week so I'll have the sammies then. Ohh my workmates get plenty of test projects....they love it when I try anything new.
