The rain came earlier then expected,but I was able to get it done.


Seasoned this bird with a salt rub,Kosher,Celery,Onion and Garlic

inside and out



put some wheels on the smoker


Smoker ran at 300* F til it got hit with the rain.took 4 hrs to finish



Removed breast and wings may use the bones for soup.



made a plate to share with my neighbor Asparagus and Stove Top Stuffing

Tasty looking turkey! Im thinking about wheels or some type of cart for my WSM.
b when I put the wheels on I had to bend the frame so they would sit straight. Thanks for the points I appreciate it
