Radish Tops yes they are eatable, had some with Blue Cheese dressing,Smoked Pickled Eggs,Radishes sliced thin, olives, and Tomatoes

Radish Tops taste like a cross between Lettuce and Baby Spinach

Richie

If this is in the wrong spot please move and excuse me.

Are we seeing a new "vegan/vegetarian" in training?

Eating all these green things is against the general rules/guidelines of SMF...

This is something we would have here in CA...

Besides, anything with blue cheese dressing is going to be good!!!
See you missed the part said Boneless Smoked Chicken (aka) Eggs

LOL

Radish tops? Cool. Never tried eating them, but I will. Although I could eat grass if it had blue cheese and olive oil sprinkled on top.

You should also try beet tops and dandelion greens...

Yup, same ones that take over people's lawns...

Both work great as salad fixin's.
No Thanks---Had Dandelion Greens many times when I was a Kid, because Dandelion leaves with Hot Bacon Dressing was a Must in a Pennsylvania Dutch Family, but this PA Dutchman will put the Hot Bacon Dressing on his Lettuce, because Dandelion leaves are Much Too Bitter!!!

I've had the dandelion greens a couple of times and they weren't bitter at all. I'm told the secret is to use new leaves. Now, how the heck you tell neww from older or how new is "new", I have no idea. I did try to sample some from the yard and OMG them things are just nasty bitter.

Gonna have to give it a try, we eat a lot of salads.

We were vegetarians for most of our lives.
