Hey guys,

Novice smoker here.

Going on vacation and would like to take some smoked chicken and smoked wings along. The question is can I smoke the wings and breasts on the smoker and then refrigerate them and finish them on the grill a day or two later? Any advice would be great

I would just finished smoking them and then put them in the fridge and pull them back out and reheat them when your ready to have them.

I smoke mine to 170 degrees when they are done.  We then put them in vacuum bags (the ones you can microwave/boil) and then freeze or refrigerate the bags.  You can then pack them and reheat when ready.
