Hey all, it's been a bit since we done ribs & the kiddos have been asking for some ! It's also been too long since we had some CSR's ! After seeing Adams post here recently, it pushed me to do some ! So, yesterday afternoon we fired up the kettle with KBB !

While the kettle was coming to temp, we got them seasoned up ! Done two different seasonings !

With my helper, we set up for an indirect cook with some Kiawe chunks...

Kettle settled in at 275* & held steady for 3 1/2 hrs. My better half & the kiddos was asking for some really tender ribs, so I done somethin I've never done before ! I pulled the ribs & foiled for bout half hour, didn't get pics of this step ! But this is just before the foiling !

After the foiling....

Plated shot with pork & beans, also some yogurt at the helpers request !

Thanks for lookin all !

Great looking job, WHB. I love some CSR's. I've got several butts in the freezer. I might just take one and have it sliced. Yours really turned out great.

Glad you had some help, Joe. :points:

Good job Justin.  Its sure nice to see the youngun in there working along side of you, and obviously enjoying herself!!

Those are beautiful looking CSRs and the finished ribs look delish.

I've never heard of yogurt with ribs before.  Good??  BTW, thanks for letting us know what the pink stuff on the plate was--kinda had me stumped.  LOL
