The sous chef wanted to make something for the dogs. So chicken dog jerky it is. Bought 4 pounds of thighs to grind up.

Used the new grinder. Thing works like a charm.

Sous chef wanted to use the LEMon jerky gun.

Bones for super stock. Skin for schmaltz and gribeness.

Nice job ! I have a blackmouth cur squirrel dog and I save the meat that is left in the grinder and fry it up for her..I used to just throw it out but she loves this stuff. I fry it in lard ...let cool... and into a zip lock and to the frig.....A little each day mixed in her food and she is a happy camper.

Thank you ! Our dogs really like these jerky treats! They got the remains from the tube. Fried up in a bit of the chicken grease that was left in the pan from making the schmaltz!
