Hello live just south of Indianapolis Indiana. Was given a brand new in box MES. The guy that I work with got it a couple years ago for Christmas and never opened it and just gave it away. Can't wait for Turkey Day!!!

Good luck and good smokin', Joe

Welcome to SMF,

Congrats on the MES score! Looking forward to your smokes.

Well it took me a bit to come back in to post. I did my turkey for Thanksgiving. The flavor was out of this world. I injected it with a stick of butter, 3/4 can of beer, Cajun seasoning, salt, and a bit of soy sauce. The only thing I didn't like was the skin turned into black rubber. Inside was juicy and perfect flavor.
