Picked up 2 bone in loins making a Crown Roast for T-Day,had 7 plus pounds of meat to make sausage.Not my usual pics but a few.

Yes you can get a good amount of trim off a whole pork loin.  Nice job on the sausage!!

thank you, You brought back a great time/memories in life... all growing up my Mom would say "do you want lunch"? Lunch was as you said ,Itailan sauted sausage with peppers and onions and do not forget to warm the hard rolls in the pan juices (fat), my boys were raised on it as well.

Italian sausage, sauteed peppers and onions on a warmed roll was my grandma's quick lunch, brunch,etc when I was young.

Hey, I missed this one! Love me some Italian sausage! I've never seen bone on loins, I must look harder it seems.
