I used hickory for the chicken and mesquite for the pork and beefUsed a store bought run from fareway normally I use my own but due to time couldn't pulled it and a pork shoulder and a beef roast everything was great
Used a rub that was storer bought instead of my normal rub was a lot sweeter than mine but still turned out greatThose chickens look good! :Looks-Great:
