Super hot here today temps will be in the 90s*.Took advantage of the 80* morning and fired up the Jumbo Joe,brined the bird over night. just used olive oil on it,then into the smoker at 7:30 A.M. smoking with Apple and Royal Oak Lump.

Pulled the bird at 175*

Alright where's the grand finale Q-view. Five hours ago you went on a beer break! Hopefully you took the bird off then too since it was at 170°!
