"Eats" While My MES was out of action

OK Guys——I had about a week without my MES 40, so I had to rough it a bit.
Below are some of the Meals we had, plus there were a couple more from the leftovers of what you see below.

Not much to say, other than the Cheesesteaks are from leftover NY Strip Roast, and the Deerburgers are actually a mixture of 50% Venison, 25% Beef (80-20), and 25% Pork (70-30). (Our Favorite Mix)

BTW: My MES 40 is fixed, and I got a Prime Rib thawing, so look out—The Smell of Hickory will soon be in the air over Macungie!!!

Enjoy,
Bear

One Night we had These:

No I haven't, Gary.

I thought about it a couple times, because You & Squirrel, and Sqwib, and others make it look so easy, but I'm the only one who eats Cheese in this Bear's Den, and I usually only use it when I don't have any Provolone in my Fridge.

Bear, try mixing your deer burger 50/50 with Itailian sausage........Good stuff!!!

Thank You!!

We get that mix too, but in Fresh sausage ring form---50/50.

We tried all kinds of Burger combinations over the last 40+ years, and settled in on this one for our Burgers, about 11 years ago.

Thanks Again,

Bear

Hey Bear, Make the Mozz. divide it into 2, 3 or 4 pieces and vacuum seal, It keeps in the fridge, when you want it It's there

Gary
