De-boned a Pork Shoulder for Kebabs and decided to make a small batch of Pulled Pork.Rubbed with Jeffs rub on the day before.
Smoke for 5 hrs. then foiled finished 3.5 hrs later.
Rested for awhile to cool down.
Finished being Pulled.
Used KBB and Cherry chunks.
