Legs & Thighs on the “Q”
On this one I had to go back to the old way of doing these, because Mrs Bear didn’t want them smoked.
So while I was mowing with my new Toy:
Mrs Bear put the 2 Legs (Hers) and 3 Thighs (Mine) in a Baking dish with a little butter, and into the oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
Then I thinned out a little BBQ sauce with some Ketchup & Olive Oil, and swished the chicken parts in that awhile.
Then onto my Weber “Q” flipping a couple times & applying a little more of my sauce mixture until I got nice grill marks.
Meanwhile Mrs Bear mashed some taters, and heated up a can of Campbells Chicken Soup for Gravy, and added some Sugar Snap Peas.
I like the Chicken better smoked, but sometimes we gotta do what we gotta do.
It was all plenty good!!

While we’re waiting, after my 6th mowing, my yard is finally looking good again, without the Dandelions:
