Hey all, felt like a steak tonite but also wanted to kick it up a notch....

Started by seasoning the steak with some Hiwa Kia black salt & added some CBP !

Fired up the mini with KBB & some leftover Kiawe wood from the last smoke !

I just want to add that this is called "pulehu" style in Hawaii! Steak, salt, pepper and smoked over kiawe!

It just doesn't get any better than that!!!
