Boys Night IN !!!

Hey all,

The wife & daughter went to their book club tonite..... So that left the boys home alone ! :icon_eek: Well, my boy asked the other day if we could make little pizzas.... So here's what we ended up with... I also need to add, I had help with the veggies & all from my better half ! This technically was not a smoke.... forgive me please ! Some of the ingredients were smoked before hand, just not by me... :biggrin:

Here's what we done....

The fixings ! Whole wheat English muffins, pizza sauce, white & yellow cheddar, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, (diced)green peppers, red onions, tomatoes, & mushrooms !

Thanks Adam, they were actually quite tasty ! We'll be making these again, only with homemade Canadian Bacon & such... This was kind of a spur of the moment thing ! And our CB won't be ready for a bit ! :biggrin:
