Cooking on the big girl tonight! She hasn't gotten much attention lately so had to cheer her up.

About 5 1/2 hours in and looking good. Smokey is holding 250 like a champ and the meat is at 155. Another hour and they will all be going for a swim in some beef broth. Will get a pic before putting them in the pool.
 
Chuck moved to the top and on with the ribs! It has been a long night! Only thing left to go in the chamber is some chicken (3 whole and a pack of thighs) for chopped chicken.
 
The finished ribs from friday night's cook. Forgot to take a pic of the Chuck all pulled. Everyone at the baby shower really seemed to love the food which always makes me proud and happy to do what I do. Thanks for looking.
