It was the only way I could think of to describe the intensity of it. I definitely do not condone dog fighting.

As promised, here's wifes recipie for the hot wings...

Hot Miss Kelly's Hot Wings:

1st. Sauce ingredients

1 cup Frank's Red Hot Original Hot Sauce

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper ( medium hot - more for hotter)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon worchestreshire sauce

2nd Sauce ingredients

1 egg yolk

2 teaspoons water

2 teaspoons cornstarch

Combine Sauce #1 ingredients, stir and heat to boil, simmer 5 minutes, remove from heat.

Allow to cool.

Combine Sauce #2 ingredients, whisk until disolved. When # 1 is cooled enough to not cook the egg from # 2 combine #1 with #2.

Pre bake wings @ 350* approx 40 minutes then baste lightly with hot sauce.

broil to brown, flipping after first side is done continue broil for second side.  Put in large bowl pour remaining sauce over wings.  Tumble or cover and shake to evenly distribute sauce.

Serve with blue cheese, ranch or your favorite dippin' sauce.  Home fried onion rings are an awesome compliment ;)

I presmoked this batch for about 45 minutes so if you do that ( highly recommend - reduce bake time by 20 minutes or so.

Hope ya'll love this as much as I do. The BBQ wings pictured were done same as hot wings just used My favorite BBQ sauce instead of the hot wing sauce.
