Hey all, been a long week so decided it was a good night to fire up the smoker for a good ole reverse sear ribeye ! I usually don't fire up the smoker unless it's pretty full but tonite is an exception..... Had a huge hankering for a RS Ribeye & IMHO, while having a few Bud Lights.... It is well worth firing up the smoker for a 1 1/4" Ribeye !

Just unwrapped !

A little Mad Hunky Rub !

Just into the smoker at 155* for bout an hour or so !

Thanks for lookin all !

Hell ya.

Oh, a mini works great for small cooks.

Hey Red, thanks for the kind words & for dropping a line !

Ya know Red, Adam (c farmer) steered me towards the Mad Hunky & have just used the general purpose rub & have been quite impressed with it ! Tasty rub for the fam that does not like spicy.... But then I can add a little kick to my food.... It's a win, win.... Anything else I can answer for ya Red, just let me know.... I tell ya what my friend, I ordered 3 lbs of it & like I say we really like it..... If you & Mrs. Red would like to try it, just p.m. me & I'll send ya a sample of it my friend.... Just let me know & it's on it's way !
